Steampunk gun 1

Toy gun to Steampunk gun

As soon I find time (not before 5-2-2018) ther will be text beside this before / after of a simple toy gun to a steampunked one..

In short: start out with (whatever gun of your liking) find stuff that combine’s / fits (or can be made to fit :-)). In this case doubt between the original revolver, hairbrush and a orb (with light?) The brush is the winner this time.

take apart, fill where needed, sanddown a bit (microscratsh the surface), use a plastic primer!!!, base coat black (matte) I’ve choosen copper as twe second (do not (spray) paint evenly), work out detais (plastic straw and something simular :-)), details with plasti somethin.. (look up!)  and finsh with drybrush technique. and some patina (antique)
